A vanity press will charge anywhere from $2,000 to $20,000 for what they call guided self-publishing packages. However, when you read the small print, you find out that they also keep the majority of your royalties. The most a vanity press will pay out to its authors in royalties is 25%, which I personally think is unethical at best after charging for services. Don't fall for it! There have been some extremely unhappy authors who felt ripped off and used when signing on with a vanity press, so please read the fine print!

I offer services on a freelance or independent contractor basis. I help you self-publish so you can keep ALL of your royalties earned, not just 10% to 25%. Every author deserves a REAL shot at bringing their book to the world, so let me help you do that!

Editing services are separate for all packages except the Kindle Shorts package as editing costs depend on word count. Editing is $0.01 per word for a minimum of two passes and a maximum of three passes.
